Southwest crew goes all out to return passenger’s phone

Southwest Airlines crew members went the extra mile to return a cell phone a passenger dropped on the tarmac in Long Beach, Calif. A passenger boarding another flight found the phone and brought it to an operations agent, who passed it on to ground crew, who handed the phone to the flight’s captain, who was filmed leaning out of a cockpit window to grab it.
