This is the busiest route in the United States, and it really should come as no surprise given the popularity of Los Angeles and Las Vegas. This route could potentially lose its top spot though in the future if the high-speed rail line from LA to Vegas is ever built.

We love a good island hop, and this route takes the top island hop route in America. Hawaii truly has it all.
Atlanta – Orlando
Atlanta is the headquarters for Delta. Orlando is the theme park capital of the world, and many people connect in Atlanta to make it to their next destination. Just about everything goes through Atlanta with Delta flights, and that’s why more than 284,000 people use this route per month.
